Good morning,
My name is Stela and I applied for e-visa to travel to Vietnam on the following website:
https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/
I applied on Monday and received the confirmation code as attached in this email. It has almost been 3 working days since then and my e-visa is still being processed. I am worried as my flight is this Saturday and I need the visa to be approved as soon as possible.
Could you please advise me on what would be best to do in this situation?

The problem with e-visa via government website is the support in rush situation. Since the e-visa has just been launched for several months that it may not work perfectly. You should have been informed if your visa approved or not. Unfortunately, you are one of the applicant who are not informed timely.
Since the Vietnam Immigration Department will not work at weekend, so I am afraid that you will need an alternative option right now. Normally, people chooses urgent Vietnam visa on arrival in this case that the visa approval letter will be delivered within couple of hours. I believe that it will save your trip.
