Vietnam visa fee
There are 2 kinds of fee which the applicants need to pay for Vietnam visa on arrival: the processing fee is paid for visa approval letter before departure (by credit cards, PayPal, Western Union or bank wire transfer); the stamping fee is paid at the immigration counter at arrival airport (in cash only). The processing fee enable us to active the process to ensure an official visa approval letter delivered at a given time meanwhile the stamping fee is required payment of money to the government for visa stamp.
1. Processing fee
What is included in the processing fee?
Our price includes all fees charged by the Vietnam Immigration Department for the obtainment of approval letter:
- Visa processing fee;
- Required paperwork including sponsorship documents;
- Service fee including delivery, collection and management of your application at the Immigration Department
There is no more hassle of:
- Travelling to and queuing at the embassy yourself to hand in your application;
- Submitting your personal documents along with application including your original passport;
- Preparing sponsorship document;
- Going through visa interview.
2. Stamping fee
Stamping fee is the administration costs that all travelers have to pay for Vietnam entry. This is regulated by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance and processed directly by the government officers at immigration counters in the airport. Stamping fee to be paid in USD or VND, however USD is highly recommended to avoid unbalanced exchange rates at the airport.
Please remember to bring cash on you to pay for the stamping fee. The immigration officers do not accept any credit or debit cards and you will not be allowed to enter Vietnam without cash for the payment. The bank notes must be in good conditions without any marks, nicks or tears.
Also please note that there are no ATMs near the immigration counters at Hanoi Airport and Da Nang Airport. If you need to withdraw cash by your card, it may bother the immigration staff to escort you to the nearest ATM for money withdrawal. At Ho Chi Minh Airport an ATM is available adjacent to the VOA office. However, you should consider the exchange rate and additional card charges.
Vietnam e-visa
Vietnam e-visa has been introduced in February 2017 for the first time and there are 80 countries whose citizens are eligible for Vietnam e-visa now.

Vietnam business visa
Vietnam business visa, which is categorized as visa DN, LV or DT, is granted to those who enter Vietnam for business purposes. A business visa can be valid up to 6 months or 1 year, for single or multiple entry.
Note: The foreigners now can apply for a business visa with a sponsoring Vietnamese company ONLY.
